This Fragile World album cover in the works

The cover of This Fragile World began with a photograph.

Director Hans Vercauter took it some time ago, and when I saw it I couldn’t look away. A young person suspended in the air, mid-leap, falling towards bliss or tragedy. That ambiguity is everything. That moment between leaving and landing, where the outcome is still unknown, is exactly what this album is about.

I’m working with designer Patrick Sanders to build the cover around that image. Some things you don’t need to explain. You just recognise them.
